Funny title isn’t it? Once you get to Ho Chi Minh city you will understand what I am talking about. No driver will stop when you are crossing the streets at a pedestrian cross you will have to walk very slowly but firmly across right in the middle of the traffic. After a few hours of practice you will figure it out by yourself however it is pretty scary at the first time.
Even more funny that there are guys in green “Tourist Security” uniform and they walk over to the other side of the street with you to help you get across safely.
