Anatares is a microbrewery and Restaurant in the centre of Bariloche. It is located 3 blocks up from the lake on Ada Maria Elflein street.
We arrived right at the buy one get one free happy hour so I got to taste 4 different pints and have dinner in the progress.
The setup of the place is very nice, you can see the beer tanks in the back and everything is neatly designed with lovely colors. It is a perfect spot to hang out with your friends and have a chat as the music is not too loud, just the right volume and rock and blues music was playing all along which made me even more comfortable. They also have free wifi if you want to check in or just stay connected during your visit. The staff is very responsive, they do not chat around, you can get a waitress to your table in no time. I would say this was one of the best service I have had in Argentina even though the waitresses served us didn’t speak much English.
Beers and food are reasonably price. I had the IPA, Honey Ale, Pumpkin Ale ( Seasonal ) and the Scotch Ale which turned out to be my favourite. Since I was busy with chatting I only took photo of the first 2 beers.
Food-wise I ordered a very Geman like food, sausages, sauerkraut served with french fries which is kind of a weird combination to be honest, but it turned out to be going perfectly with the beer.
We had a very relaxing 2 hours at Antares, I would definitely recommend this place for dinner, drinks or just meet and chat with people.
