Rincon Patagonico Restaurant near Bariloche

We came by this restaurant while driving around in the Bariloche area and looking for a lunch place. This was the first that looked really nice to try. The restaurant looks really appealing from the outside that what caught our attention. It is a really cool building all built from wood and it has quite a huge space inside. Since we got there a little early it was still kind of empty but the Parrilla was already done and waiting to be cut.

We ordered a Parilla sampler plate ( 200g ), a few different sausages and grilled vegetables. While we waited on our food order we got a fantastic free starter plate with freshly baked bread and three different types of dipping sauces. I do not usually eat bread but this was so nice that I couldn’t hold back.

The main course came not long after we got the free starters. It was a massive amount, even though the parrilla was a sampler plate it was a huge amount. It was slow cooked every bit melting in my mouth. The sausages were fantastic too, very high meat content and the blood sausages were very close to the French version which I love. Plating and representation were also top notch and our waiter also did speak English which is not very common in Bariloche.

The restaurant also serves local craft beers which is a huge plus, unfortunately I was driving, again, so I couldn’t have one, but if you are into this sort of thing you will be completely satisfied.

The location of the restaurant is quite close to Cerro Campanario however it is far away from Bariloche city, again unless you stay close by you will need a car to get there.
